As public administrations are put under increasing budgetary constraints, they face the same – if not greater – demands from citizens and firms alike. There is, therefore, a clear need for new, innovative forms of delivering public goods and services that favour the interaction of heterogeneous actors in order to ensure citizens maintain access to those necessary goods and services. We have worked with public administrations in Italy (Comune di Lucca, Comune di Novara, Associazione Nazionale Comuni Italiani) and in Europe (British Council) in order to devise and deploy social innovation projects.
