Project for Teatro Alla Scala 2011-2012
In 2011 there was not European ranking of Ballet Schools and Opera academies.
The following project wanted to fill this gap and to verify the feasibility to compile a European ranking of these institutions.
Such an instrument would provide an essential tool to generate and sustain fairer competition as well as guide strategic choices of academic theatres. Indeed, the measurement of results and performances and the exercise to compare them with a benchmark is fundamental to boost a culture based on the ideas of improvement, innovation and constant evaluation.
